Bourbon and Branch, located across from Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, reimagines the traditional sports bar with a more elevated and inclusive design. On the lower level, sigura ban–charred wood light coves flow into the bar back displays, drawing the eye away from screens and easing the space’s narrow proportions. A painted, wood-clad stair wall leads to the upper floor, where a slatted wood canopy defines a series of more formal dining rooms and a second large bar, offering a refined contrast to the energetic ground floor.
