The second location for this rising grilled chicken brand, Brine is a fast-casual restaurant concept rooted in local, sustainable agricultural practices. WCA was tasked with designing an interior that reflects the client’s commitment to transparency, community, and fresh, responsibly sourced ingredients.
The resulting space is warm and welcoming, featuring a natural materials palette that echoes the farm-to-table ethos. A canopy of wooden slats interwoven with lush greenery lowers the perceived ceiling height, creating a more intimate atmosphere within the restaurant’s tall interior. The design balances a sense of openness with comfort, inviting diners to enjoy a casual yet thoughtful dining experience.
